Starting from 13th until 15th of April Meet Estonia 2011 workshop will open its doors to ones who would like to bring their MICE events to a new, but affordable destination like – Estonia.
The event is organized by the Estonian Convention Bureau and Estonian Tourist Board to give you an opportunity to experience Estonia as a meeting destination, to feel the country as well as to meet key suppliers.
The programme includes excursions through Tallinn's famous Old Town, a nighttime tour of the city's 'haunted houses', and a traditional Estonian party, as well as site visits to conference venues and a workshop with local convention bureaus, conference hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs)
There will be different programmes for PCOs and associations and for conference and incentive agencies both set up in the programme.
The delegates will be invited to consider Estonia as a meeting and event destination and will be met by the relevant operators in the Estonian market.
Included in the program of events will be tours through Tallinn’s Old Town, an evening tour of Tallinn’s ‘haunt houses’, a traditional Estonian party and visits to conference centres and hotels.
There will also be the additional option of taking a post-tour to Tartu, Estonia’s university town or the sunny coastal city of Pärnu.
This event is the second of its kind to be held in the country and will promote Estonia as Europe’s newest and effective place to held MICE events. With it’s easy access and short distances, fresh new business class hotels, unusual activities, the best in high-tech conference technology, a huge range of historic settings and the highest standard of service.
